Our primary warehouse is in Los Angeles, California, with partner warehouses in Oklahoma City and New Jersey for brands that need multiple warehouse locations. You and your team are welcome to come visit whenever you please.
We partner with a wide range of e-commerce brands. We typically see the best results with brands shipping over 200 orders per month. That being said, we’re happy to chat with any brand and make something work out if it makes sense.
Yes. We specialize in direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment, but we also work closely with brands that have retail and wholesale needs, including carton forwarding and pallet building.
We use an amazing WMS called Packiyo, and your entire team will have access to it for real-time visibility into orders and inventory.
Our Process
Yes. We integrate with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Faire, TikTok Shop, and many more platforms to keep your orders and inventory in sync automatically.
We guarantee that any order received in our system before 12:00 PM local time will ship out the same day. Orders received after the cutoff will likely ship the same day as well, but we cannot guarantee it.
We process returns according to your instructions. This may include discarding damaged inventory, re-stocking sellable items, or setting aside for review.
We use a double-scan process so your inventory is scanned when it is picked and scanned again when it is packed. This typically catches any errors. On the rare occasion we do make a mistake, we refund you fully for that order, cover the shipping cost, and reship the correct item free of charge.
Pricing
No, we do not. Onboarding is quick and simple — it can take as little as 48 hours, and then we’re ready to go.
We bill weekly with 7-day payment terms. You’ll receive a clear, itemized invoice for storage, fulfillment, and any additional services.
